Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of QuestForge and are intended to keep the service understandable and safe as it grows.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using QuestForge, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. The service

QuestForge is a productivity and personal-management web application inspired by RPG progression. Features may include missions, scheduling, progress tracking, attributes, finance tracking, journaling, and cloud synchronization.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity performed through your account.

4. Free and Pro

QuestForge may offer Free and paid Pro features. Features, limits, and pricing may evolve. If Pro ends, Pro-only tools may be restricted. QuestForge is designed not to intentionally delete Pro-created data merely because a subscription ends, although related tools may remain locked until Pro is active again.

5. Billing and cancellation

When paid subscriptions become available, prices and billing intervals will be shown before purchase. Payments may be processed by an independent payment provider. Renewal, cancellation, refund, tax, and billing details presented at checkout also apply.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use QuestForge to violate law, infringe others' rights, gain unauthorized access, distribute malicious software, interfere with the service, or abuse its resources.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of content you create. You give QuestForge the limited permission needed to host, process, display, synchronize, back up, and transmit it solely to operate the service.

8. Productivity and finance disclaimer

QuestForge is a productivity tool. Finance features are for personal organization and tracking and do not constitute financial, investment, accounting, tax, medical, or other professional advice.

9. Availability

We aim to keep QuestForge reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Features may change as the product develops.

10. Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, QuestForge is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, QuestForge and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from use of the service.

11. Termination

Access may be restricted when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, respond to abuse, or enforce these Terms. Users may stop using QuestForge at any time.

12. Changes

These Terms may be updated as QuestForge evolves. Material updates will be published with a revised effective date.
