Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information QuestForge processes, why it is used, and the choices available when using the QuestForge web application.
1. Information we process
QuestForge may process information you provide directly, including your email address, account profile, adventurer name, missions, schedules, journal entries, finance records, settings, uploaded profile images, wallpapers, and Main Mission images. We may also process authentication/session information, timestamps, and technical information needed to operate and secure the service.
2. How we use information
- Provide, maintain, secure, and synchronize your QuestForge account.
- Authenticate you and help recover account access.
- Store the content and settings you choose to create.
- Diagnose technical problems and protect the service from abuse.
- Respond to support requests and manage Free or Pro access.
3. Service providers
QuestForge uses third-party infrastructure for features such as authentication, database and file storage, and website delivery. QuestForge currently uses Supabase for cloud account services and may use Cloudflare for website and web-app delivery. If paid subscriptions are enabled, a payment provider may process billing information. QuestForge does not need to store full payment-card details when checkout is handled by that provider.
4. Browser storage
QuestForge may use browser local storage and similar technologies for application state, account-specific cache, preferences, and synchronization information. Authentication services may use cookies or equivalent technologies necessary to keep you securely signed in.
5. Your content
You remain responsible for content you enter or upload. Some features may contain personal notes or financial tracking information, so choose carefully what you store.
6. Retention and deletion
Account data is retained while needed to provide QuestForge or as reasonably necessary for security, legal, and operational purposes. Before public launch, QuestForge will provide a clear support route for account-deletion requests.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical measures designed to protect account data, including authenticated access and user-isolated cloud records. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
8. International use
QuestForge is intended for users in multiple countries. Information may be processed in countries other than your own through our infrastructure providers.
9. Children's privacy
QuestForge is not intentionally directed to children under 13. Where applicable law requires a higher minimum age, that requirement applies.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy as QuestForge evolves. The effective date will be updated when material changes are published.
